Jim Henson book purchase - multi signed

Sent out 15 requests over the last few weeks but no joy so I thought I would post this purchase.

I have owned a copy of this book since it was first published in the 90's (I had author Chris Finch sign a book plate for it last year), and when I saw this copy on ebay I thought it would go for big $$$$. I ended up being the only one making a bid but didn't meet the reserve (after 2 listings). The seller was very nice lady and we came to an agreement. This copy was different as it was given to Jon Stone by the cast of Sesame Street. Jon was writer, producer and director of the series until 1994. Sadly he passed away from Lou Gehrig's disease in 1997 - this book was from his estate. 

The main reason I was interested was that it was signed by Frank Oz and Jerry Nelson among others. I have had no luck with Frank TTM and Jerry passed away last year. I must admit I was more of a Muppet Show fan when I was growing up (and still am) but as an educator I admire what Sesame Street did and still does today. 

I took my time with this one - I compared various sigs and hand writing before making a bid (seemed to good to be true). If it is fake they have done an amazing job - a lot of work for very little gain.
