We have snow here in Hull, I have to say, I hate the stuff!  Cold, wet, slippery and pointless.

Anyone else got it?

i have thought about the postman - i gave one a lift to gatwick last saturday when he was heading to Brisbane and auz for 3 months ... luck sod!!!

Finally had a dusting of snow overnight, but nothing to get excited about.

Still no snow in my part of Surrey but the sky looks full of it so i dare we will get a dusting today Tuesday maybe the day for it for us ,but will still have to go to work and clear the paths for the golfers to get to the club house so maybe a 3 mile walk in the snow for me what i did last year on several occasions brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr cold feet

It's snowed most of the night and it's still snowing so it looks like I'll be doing some of the list of jobs to be done around the house today :_|

Had a brief flurry of snow here in Milton Keynes in the early hours today. When I went to work at 2.30 am the temp was -5, b....dy freezing!! Just wrapped up and got on with delivering the milk.

I came home at 4am this morning and it was -6, havent felt it so cold in ages!

Went to work in MK today at 5.30am and it was -7.5. No snow again but lovely and cold!!

-5 all day today, dread to think what it was over night.

Car wouldn't start this morning, on checking it, the belt tentioner on the alternator belt had literally blown into pieces. Hence a flat battery. NOT a good day, apart from Newcastle United holding Chelski to a draw:):):):)

Quite a hefty covering of snow here now,  we keep getting blasts of snow storms here and is getting colder too.
