They are not great scans, and to do this properly takes time (and decent scans!), but the Good luck one looks like a cheap fake.
No two signatures are ever exactly the same, even from an autopen, but that is not what you are looking for.
When making a comparison there can be more than 16 things which you will be comparing, so its not simply case of 'well it looks the same to me!'
To give you some idea, you need at th very least to study the size, slant, and spacing of each letter, and make comprisons with normally 10 or 12 known authentic examples from the same time period.
When a forger tries to recreate another persons signature, it will be impossible for him to recreate it exactly and will always introduce into it some of his own style of writing.
Always look for the little things that a forger would miss, the way an i is dotted or a t is crossed, which direction a letter is formed or started etc.
Its not as easy as some think, but if you know how to do it, and study he signatures correctly, then it will work for any signature.
