Could not find my usual 10 x8 photo to send Connie so just wrote on 22.07.11requesting a signed signature card.  She obliged and enclosed one of her own small photos which unfortunately got bent at the top and bottom by the good old postal service!  Arrived today 22.12.11.  However, bend does not touch signature so I am happy.
