had a wonder up to Stanley's final pre season friendly last night mainly to get Ex Rovers keeper Bobby Mimms , Now goalkeeping coach at  Blackpool, to sign the Rovers book and Everton shirt I have on the go. Poor weather once again so didn't bother with the Backpool squad.

Robert Andrew "Bobby" Mimms (born 12 October 1963) is an English former footballer. As a player he was a goalkeeper from 1981 until 2001 notably for Blackburn Rovers in the Premier League when the club won the title in 1995. He also played as a professional for Halifax Town, Everton, Rotherham United, Notts County, Sunderland, Manchester City, Aberdeen, Tottenham Hotspur, Crystal Palace, Preston North End, York City and Mansfield Town. He is the current goalkeeping coach at Blackpool.

Roll on Next Saturday, Home to Luton Town.

nice IP Alex, as a Liverpool fan I remember Bobby well from the 86 Cup final although I'm sure he wouldn't want reminding of that
