A cheapy find and two gifts

I picked up one book I already had for 50p in a charity shop. It's in surprisingly top shape for a bargain bin find apart from a tiny tear to the front of the dust jacket.

My dad sent this in the post to me. It picked up a cover crease on the way, but is signed by the author to the title page, and also to the fep, but I only included one sign pic.

Three Stayed Home PB 1/1 2008 by John Jochimsen

My wife knew I was interested in the following and got it as a gift for me today. It is a poster fully signed and framed by The Mission via their official site. Really nice item and the picture does not do it justice.
