Hard backed first edition from 1981  Titled "From Bradman to Boycott" The master batsmen signed by author

Ted Dexter C.B.E..and only a £1. Not from the same shop as the Broad find but also in Blackburn. It has an inscription on the front end page saying "a gift from Honeywell"Best wishes Ted Dexter, I think that what it says.. Again cracking autograph in Biro.

Edward Ralph Dexter C.B.E (born 15 May 1935 in Milan, Italy) (better known as Ted Dexter and nicknamed Lord Ted) is a former English cricketer. An aggressive middle-order batsman of ferocious power and a right-arm medium bowler, he captained Sussex and England in the early 1960's.

One of the greats of a bye gone era...and to think he was born in Italy...A test cricketers born in a non-Test playing nation. Love it. I have quite a few signed cricket books now, Might try a few more before the season ends...must have time to sign during the rain stopped play intervals.
