Persistance pays off. As my previous two attempts had resulted in the Doctor Who photo not being returned each time, but an autograph both times, I had to assume he did not like my Doctor Who picture as he clearly had no problem signing for me. As such, I sent a different Doctor Who image, and this has come back signed. Very happy.
