Following on from the issue with Royal Mail Click & Drop on Thursday 8 February, we want to inform you that this issue is now resolved.

 

To make sure you’re not adversely affected, eBay will automatically protect your performance on affected transactions with protections covering the below: 

 

  • Your late delivery rate, which will be removed for affected orders.
  • Your “item not received” count in your service metrics dashboard for affected orders.
  • We will also remove any negative and neutral feedback for affected orders.

 

We will share more details on protection timeframes in due course.

 

Please note: You may see late deliveries due to this event on your seller dashboard, but they will be removed before your next seller performance evaluation.
