From 24 June 2015, if you sell any medicines online, you must be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland as well as displaying an EU common logo. This is a requirement of the Republic of Ireland’s implementation of the Falsified Medicines Directive.
Our Medicines and Healthcare Products policy and Links policy have been updated to reflect the changes in the law.
