Hermes have reported that they experienced a small fire on one of their central distribution hubs which has affected their operations. You may therefore experience delays in delivery times.
Information for buyers shopping on eBay.co.uk:
If your seller uses Hermes to deliver your item, you’re still able to track your parcel however it may arrive later than expected. Please take these special circumstances into account when you submit your feedback and rating for the seller.
Information for UK sellers:
We will protect sellers for the listings we identify as being impacted by these possible delays. In the meantime, if you’re using Hermes to send items please be aware your item may be delayed and communicate this possibility to your customer. We have asked UK buyers to take these special circumstances into account when they submit seller feedback.
