***Changes to Chinese mail regulations may cause delivery delays***

Hello,

The Civil Aviation Administration of China has just announced new regulations. Due to additional screening at the Shanghai airport, items passing through may be delayed. If you’ve purchased an item from a seller in China whose delivery may pass through Shanghai, make sure you keep this in mind. Deliveries may arrive a week or more past the seller’s stated delivery time.

As part of these regulations, items that contain certain regulated materials are being returned to sellers and won’t be delivered. These items may include liquid beauty products (such as fragrances, colognes, lotions and toner) or items containing flammable liquids (such as lighters).

If you’ve purchased such an item from a seller in China whose deliveries pass through Shanghai and you haven’t received your item after an additional week, make sure you get in touch with your seller. If your item was returned to the seller, you should receive a refund. If you encounter any issues, let us know through the Resolution Center. Thanks for understanding.
