(I remember gobstoppers as I regulary popped them into my brothers mouth, for obvious reasons (!), fruit salads, those 1/2 penny sweets that turned your mouth, tongue & lips black) (My 1st job was in a newsagents doing pick n mix - got sacked for talking to the customers & not folding carboard boxes correctly by the miserable old s** who owned it)

(chocolate mice not too bad as no mice were hurt in the making of them 🙂 now if it had been a sweet shop only you’d probably not have been sacked 😉 these newsagents these days!! Potato puff crisps, surely an erstwhile delight although there are now some similar foreign muck crisps called pombear which are similar 🙂 )

(M&S sell some with no milk, those are nice, but I can't get to town to buy some. Also other brands of salted crisp don't have milk in as they are not flavoured, but they warn 'Made in a warehouse with milk products around''. (Or words to that effect)
