My contribution is, dont stop eating, Just eat the right foods, stay away from carbs unless before or after work out, and no carbs after 6, also, running. if you run for 10 mins and you are puffing and panting, walk for 5 mins then run again. if you make a plan for running, run further each time and push yourself. running in the rain gives a sense of achievement, as your running you are also adding weight to your run 🙂

Swimming is good for cardio stuff, also tones up all the body. if you feel you are should we say, "out of shape" again, eat the right foods and go running, remember doing weights only turns fat to muscle and can hide that six pack inside 🙂
