hi everyone i joined weight watchers 11 weeks ago and have lost 15lbs so far i have done it b4 same old story lost it put it back on ive lost the same 7lb over and over again and put it back on its got dejavu but this is it i will b 40 in august so hopefully fab and 40 and not fat and 40so wish me luck

i was a secret eater my cushions on the sofa were so high with all the wrappers but thats no good im going to do it this time i bought a blender to make smoothies im addicted and those pink and white wafers with marshmallow in the middle the ones that you had when you were little are only half a point each a savior on those days when you need a suger fix
