Numpty has negged me and opened up a refund claim for 'missing parts and faulty'
I sold a battery operated hedge shrubber. - versapak system.
I ask what was wrong, and they said battery clip was missing, and there were no batteries supplied.
i told them there is no clip to hold batteries in (they just slot in), and the listing clearly stated batteries and charger not included. !!
can i get neg removed and the refund claim cancelled.
fekkin numpties !!!
wooooooof

Ronnie you do need to get on to customer services to try and sort this out.
Theoretically you shouldn't be penalised or have to refund but don't just leave it and hope it won't happen.
Customer services will need all details about the transaction and the description on your listing.
I would like to say you won't need to refund and will get the neg removed but you can never tell with eBay. Customer service can sort it out. Xx

Hi Ronnie.
I'm sure that when it is in you description Ebay will be able to get rid of the neg for you.

Yes, Resolution Centre, Resolving Selling Problems, Contact us. They were very quick to respond when I needed help and removed an undeserved neutral feedback and comment straight away.
I'd sold the buyer a skirt which didn't fit her, and she left 'not a 14' as feedback, when my photos clearly showed the size label.
Good luck!
