On another board, a seasoned responder offered his 'deepest apologies' to an OP for giving him erroneous advice.
Some may say so what...but two key words often missing from our vocabulary nowdays, perhaps ?

Yes and along side those words of I am sorry we can place please and thank you !
Not many words to speak but when used you can actually see peoples faces lighten up a bit as if you have done something special for them.
It costs nothing to be nice and the reward for being so makes everyones day so much better.
