I brought a battery for my ebike ..it wouldn't charge up so contacted them they were really nice and sent me a new one out strait away.
The new one worked for maybe 10 charges then that one stopped charging to.
Obviously a problem with the cells as I've got 4 of these batteries for various bikes all still working fine ..bar 1 which is sat in the corner unable to charge...so it's not like I don't understand these batteries or I've shorted it or anything it just stopped working.
The company are ignoring me after I refused there offer of 30 pounds towards a new battery.
Considering they charged me 180pounds for it in the first place I didn't think that was reasonable
But either way ebay say its nothing to do with them as its past the 30 days since I brought it and the company are obviously laughing and sending msgs to the delete folder.
