Unresolved issue, ebay TAKE ACTION is not loading

Item not received,  request is open,  ebay asked if if I want to take action but its not working, can anyone help please

You will be able to escalate the case to ebay after 3 complete working days.    The option won't be there before that.

Give it another day and try again.  Come back if it still doesn't work.

When I had a case open eBay emailed asking if I wanted to take action a day earlier than I actually could.

Ebay has given me until 3rd May to take action otherwise they will assume the issue is resolved, but TAKE ACTION is still not working yet..

An ask eBay to step in link should appear on the case once the 3 business days is up.

Finally got the issue resolved by ebay, they have issued refund..many thanks to everyone who responded
