Dear Community,

I am writing to address two widespread issues that we have encountered within the new selling tool:

1) Unfortunately, when utilizing the "Sell Similar" feature for an item with "Variations" enabled, and subsequently removing these variations to create a singular "Buy It Now" listing, we have observed that the "Buy It Now" option becomes greyed out.

2) Similarly, when using the "Sell Similar" function for a "Buy It Now" listing, it does not allow us to convert it into a Variation listing.

"Variations are unavailable for this listing. Eligibility is limited to qualifying item categories, Buy It Now pricing formats and other criteria"

We have engaged with eBay regarding these issues, and while we understand that they are widespread, they have persisted since the activation of the new selling tool.
