I AM SICK TO DEATH THAT AS SELLERS WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE NEUTERAL OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR BUYERS. I HAVE HAD SOME LOUSY EXPERIENCES WITH BUYERS FROM TRYING TO GET ME TO SELL OFF OF THE PLATFORM, TO CUSTOMERS STATING THAT ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE ADMITTED TO NOT READING THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE PURCHASE.
CUSTOMERS CAN OFTEN BE IN THE WRONG AND RAISE UNFAIR FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS TO US SELLERS.
IT IS INCREADIBLY UNFAIR WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO THE SAME TO THEM
