selling bone china

has anyone got experience os selling bone china tea sets ?

If so do you think it is better to sell cups, saucers and plates as trios or as individual items ?

If you already have a full set, I would keep it that way. Alternatively, you can offer individual items as replacements. However, if there is any value in the items you are going to sell, I would take them to an auction house where you will receive advice and protection for your items. You will not receive any protection from eBay. The courier you choose will not likely protect you from damage in transit.

Good Evening Wels

I agree with Miss D D. Sell them as a job lot. Why not make them collection only? That way you are risk free from breakages in transit.  You could also contact China Search and ask if they are interested in buying them.

Also send pictures to bricks and mortar auction houses and see if they are interested in selling the set for you and will COLLECT.

Good luck
