collection code

ebay is infuriating 

 i have just discovered you can only enter a collection code on app  but even with that lknowledge I cannot see where to do it 

 ebvay help lines send you round in circles and there is no human agency readily available to contact

I have the same problem, I only use my PC desktop for eBaying.

When I ask collection buyers for the codes they usually say they haven't recieved one anyway.

I have to just mark the item as 'collected/dispatched' and if cash-on-collection mark as 'Paid'.

Both seller and buyer have to have the app to manage the QR code.

You are correct though, as it's not mandatory to have the code,  just Mark as Paid,  and Mark as Dispatched.

Dispatched is eBay's wording for a collected item.
