Vodforu

Today I tried to make my first ever sale. All went well until I was asked to authorise my credit card. Did it as I thought it was way of confirming identity. The bank then sent automated message to say I had made a payment of £1.65  to vodforu.com which is personal trainer website. Ive contacted bank and stopped any more payments. Has anyone else had this?

Check that you have setup a Selling account correctly including UK Current Account Banking/Card details on file in order to send and receive payments .>

No-one else has reported this.   I think you might want to cancel the credit card in case it has been hacked.

Was this a pop up that you saw when on the eBay site?

If so, I'd say that you have malware on the device you're using and should run scans.
