Selling restricted items

I have had eligibility for several months to sell a restricted item as I met the criteria to do so and now suddenly my eligibility has been removed and I am being asked to reapply even though I still meet the criteria.

What exactly is going on?

Maybe because you are incorrectly registered as a private seller and denying customers their consumer rights?
