Order refunded for non-delivery but Package was delvered later

The Buyer in this case says he was only partly refunded  even though my records show that each item on the order was fully refunded. He has therefore refused to refund me in full.  Is there a method on eBay to raise this matter as a case so it can be properly checked and satisfactorily resolved?

Unless the buyer willingly tepays there is no way for Ebay to force them to.

Except the OP should still have the buyers' delivery address on file, as well as quite possibly, the telephone number (as telephone numbers now appear to show under the order details section)...

So there are definitely ways to get your money back via the details that eBay would have put on the order details section.
