Multi-User Account Access

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience in using a third-party outsourced Customer Service Team outside the UK and if so how do you allow them to have access to the ebay account?

We have tried to set them up on Multi-User however, when they try to log on from another country the accounts get suspended.

I think that triggers a security alert. Best check this with eBay, though I'm not sure that eBay CS will be familiar with this feature so I'd wait until tomorrow morning to contact them and then you may get the CS reps in Dublin, not the Philippines.
