I sold a drawing tablet. I put the condition down 'for parts not working' and for good measure I put 'faulty' in the title.
Today I get an automatic return approved. The reason was "It is not working, I have connected the power but there is no power in the tablet. Also"
I have contacted ebay CS and they have told me not to worry, I won't lose out because
"in the moment that you resolve the buyers issue all you have to do is go to report an issue with a buyer with the reason opened a false claim and then the money will be credited back to you in the end of the month"
Anyone try this before and it worked out?
