Long story short - sold a video game with a broken box. The broken box was clearly stated in the description. Received message from buyer complaining.....because the box is broken. I sent them a polite message back explaining that I had said this in the listing, but received a barrage of abuse in return as the buyer believes it was broken in the post (even though it was already broken, as stated)
Now wondering what I should do here. I feel like I'm in the right so should stick to my guns. In the past you could call CS who would look at it and get feedback removed, but I understand that now its an online system and a "specialised team" who you cant actually speak to on the phone. So do ebay still remove feedback if the complaint is in the description?

Looks like its been removed as you are showing no negatives on this account.

It would help if you have queries of that nature to post from the actual account, so we can see the exact wording of the feedback to advise you.
Have copied you the relevant page so hopefully it will help you in deciding whether you have a case or not.
