Customer requests VAT invoice but shows 0% on ebay invoice

I have a customer requesting a VAT invoice.

I am vat registrered 

when i go to print invoices and more it shows the price on the invoice but shows 0% VAT and not 20%

Howe do I change it to 20%

I have uploaded my vat details and shows in ebay centre

It will be listing that is wrong change it so it shows the 20% vat .

As for the customer you can generate an invoice yourself . invoice generator.com. Get it done for free print it send it by post or email its up to you.

I would strongly recommend against relying on eBay to generate VAT invoices for your buyers. For example, if you offer collection in person and a buyer chooses that option it isn't possible to generate a valid VAT invoice at all. Also, eBay's many bugs, glitches and policy changes mean any useful functionality can end up broken or removed at any point without notice.
