Astronomical seller fees

Hi all

Is anyone else getting astronomical fees as a seller, I have an ebay shop, I was sold on the shop as it promised lots of free listings and reduced seller fees, I have just sold one item for £170 and have been charged £43 in fees, two seperate charges, £23 final value and £20 Ad fee standard.  I have tried to get answers from ebay but the stupid chat bot just passes you to articles that explain that they charge fees but basically is so vague they can pretty much charge what they want, very frustrated and out of pocket!

Would welcome advise and comments please

Astronomical seller fees

"Ad fee standard" means the item was promoted which Ebay charge extra for.

From what iv'e read it's easy to do this without realising it.

You can request a call back from Ebay via the help and contact link at the bottom of most pages.

Best time to do this is just after 8am Mon - Fri and just after 10am on weekends/Bank Holidays.
