Hi, does anyone have any idea what this pot might be? I think it may be an artist's paint brush holder with a small water trough, which is removeable. The stamp shows "AURORA", but having trouble identifying the manufacturer.
It is possibly a piece of Italian tourist ware (the picture tends to give it away). To my mind it is in the style of Delft with similar glazing and wear at the dges.
Any info greatly appreciated.
