i bought an item  yesterday , the seller adds tracking today but im confused as it says ready to collect,and also says ready for collectiion january 3  ... im confused as the delivery address is my own home  so why is mentioning collection and where am supposed to be collecting from

i`ve seen this a few times on stuff i`ve bought and it refers to ready for collection from the seller, not you 🙂

item arrived but  they left it outside my block of flats , luckily it wasnt stolen  will never order from anyone using dpd again
