Hi - I ordered some trainers and selected Click & Collect
The courier was Evri
When Evri advised they had delivered to the shop I went to collect
The shop advised they don't deal with Evri anymore and there is no parcel
The photo 'proof' looks nothing like the store
I've visited the 2 Evri parcel stores local to me and no parcel
Advice appreciated!

I would contact the seller & ask them if they have added the ECP number to the parcel (an 8-digit unique identifier code found on the shipping label), as without this the retailer will probably reject the parcel.
You only have 7 days to collect the parcel once it arrives at the store.

Thanks very much - I'm a newbie with eBay. Nothing about collection codes was etc was made clear
I've just requested a call back from customer service who promptly got in touch
The guy was surprised about the shop no longer taking Evri parcels and is going to try request a refund. I will never buy from a merchant who uses Evri as their courier again. I'd rather pay more from a regular shop
