UK GSP removed from all listings (recently) and cannot select it anymore?

Hello,

Most, if not all my items were on GSP but I just noticed today that all of them are now domestic only and there is no option to select GSP anymore.

I sell in all kinds of categories and it's the same with all items, new and used. I tried listing a fresh new item (same for the used ones) and I tried loads of categories but still not available.

Your adverts show postage to UK only, there are no International countries selected.

You need to Edit your adverts & select which Countries you want to send to.  Also check the GSP is ticked.

Thank you I have checked that GSP is still selected which it is, but why do I need to change anything, I never removed the items from GSP.  All my items are buy it now and before Chritmas or early Jan they were pretty much all on GSP (lazy). 

I also cannot see the box if I make a new listing.

Edit your Adverts for the Countries you want to post to. Then GSP will start working.

You have to choose which Countries you want to send to first. As it is only saying you send to UK.

For eBay's Guidelines  - Press Help & Contact - Type in 'Selling Internationally'   -   Roll down page to 'Choosing Regions'.

The GSP will activate when you have edited you advert to send Internationally.

Cheers, but I don't see any option to allow them anywhere on the site, the screenshot below is the page you come to after clicking on Postage preferences in the 'Choosing Regions'. section of 'Selling Internationally'. I have excluded quite a lot (I only ship to most of Europe, Canada and USA so that's the excluded places. The ones I just mentioned are not checked to exclude.

Also, none of this explains why all my international listings stooped working sometime last month. I have only been on this page a year + ago when selecting the regions to stop. I have touched nothing since.

That says you have excluded 99 international locations from postage so are only posting to UK 

Click the Edit option

If you read what I typed you will see that I have mentioned I am aware that I have excluded alot of the earth. 🙂 

There is no option to 'Allow Countries'.

Okay,

Leave the attached page as it is  With GSP Selected.

Go to one of your listing, Press Edit.

Roll down Edit page until you get to the postage section

After the Domestic postage section

It will show International postage   -   Tick the Global Shipping Programme

Now roll to bottom of page & click to finish the edit.

View/check your advert that you have updated & it should show you send by GSP.

by posting to GSP UK centre for them to forward parcel on to the International Buyer.

You can Edit Single/or Bulk.  NB The GSP will come on view when the listing is live.

Im not stupid! I did say that my items were previously listed, but the option is not there anymore as shown below:

I will contact eBay myself as this is not helping.
