Recently purchased a part for my vehicle. I ordered the wrong part so had to return for an echange.
I returned the item using the label from the seller, posted it back through Royal Mail.
The package got lost, the package was not tracked just first class mail (label from the seller)
The seller wont help because they havnt had the part returned, the Royal Mail will compensate up to twenty pound, Ebay wont get involved because it was not tracked!!!
Has anyone had the same happen to them and how did you resolve the issue?
