I used the QR offered by ebay to send 2 items back.
I initiated the return. Got the QR code, took it to post office. They printed the ticket for me and gave me a receipt.
Seller contacted me saying they haven't received the item yet so I went to check the tracking number and I realised the tracking is different to the QR code tracking. Same goes to the address!
The post office send the item to a completely different address. It seems like the QR code they scanned gave them a different address to what was sent to me by ebay.
Whose fault is it here?
The items are now in a random address.
How is it possible for post office to print a wrong label after scanning the QR code since it's automated.
