Hello,
Paid for postage through eBay and when I took it to the post office they advised that it is not enough to cover the package, and we need to purchase another label, which we did.
I know how to cancel postage through googling but because the post office scanned the label I do not have that option, when trying to contact eBay I find it impossible to get through the options to make contact.
I've been back to the post office who could only apologise, and contacted Royal Mail who said I need to resolve with eBay.
The tracking shows that it was scanned at post office and no more movement for 7 days.
Any help or direction would be appreciated
