Missed delivery being returned to authenticator

My order was attempted delivery on the 29th dec initially it said redelivery would be attempted on the 30th how ever over night this changed and it says being sent back to pack link . Neither dpd or pack link can give me any further information its just been sitting at the dpd depot since 29th . I've contacted seller all they have said is they think it's being returned to the authenticator. What can I do next ?

Normally, if you miss the delivery for an Authenticated item, the item would be returned to us, and then we will try to send it to you again. This can happen a total of 3 times, if no acceptance we will retain the item until you contact us. So, keep an eye out as the item will be shipped again to you as soon as possible.
