I have reported this issue to ebay and even spoke several times on the Weekly community chat on Wednesday at 2pm. All they say is the system is working, when it is very clear to see it is not.
Many sellers have reported this and ebay just shut us down.
We have now started to receive messages from buyers asking "where is my parcel" as they are going by the EDD provided by ebay, this claims next day delivery, and or including Saturday and Sundays as delivery.
All our buyers select our free, three working day service for delivery.
There is nothing you can do your end to avoid this issue, I had tried. Only ebay can resolve this, but they do not want to.
They are nailing the sellers, its a win win for ebay, they do not care. Sellers are now open to receiving negatitve feedback from buyers due to ebay's made up delivery dates, this in turn results in us having to ask for the feedback to be removed, and often being told it is not removable as it is the buyers experience.
This is unfair to sellers, when we all try our best to offer buyers the best experience, and dispatch the items on time. Ebay are sabotaging this for us, through no fault of our own.
I suspect they are trying to be like Amazon Prime with next delivery dates. However, Amazon have their own warehouses and delivery drivers to achieve the next day deliveries.
I would encourage you to keep reporting this, and do not accept ebays reponse, it is working.
I have noticed many more sellers reporting the same issue. Hopefully, the more sellers that complain, ebay may take notice.
