Recently purchased an item in US. Courier/tracking was DHL eCommerce - until we get to UK when it appears that Hermes (or a courier with a 'Hermes' stamp) deposited the parcel on my doorstep. No way to track estimated arrival in UK as old DHL number was not being recognised. Anyone else had a similar experience?
