Click & Collect - repeat buyer says not available this time

Hi all a repeat buyer is telling me their latest purchase isn't allowing them the option to select Click & Collect. It's from the same listing as previous and to my knowledge nothing else has changed. The only difference I can think is previously the buyer paid upfront and I refunded postage due to multiple items being purchased. This time they have requested an invoice which I have sent. Could this be the issue?

Is this still happening to you? If so, could you please confirm if the buyer is trying to place the order and then gets the error, or the error happened after the order was placed? Do you have the exact error they are getting?
