hi folks... ive just recently started to print and pay for ebay postage labels... a lot of my items are small, therefore just standard post.... the problem is, even tho the item is scanned at the post office, and the tracking code shows up on the details, on the delivery details the customer sees, it shows up as not being dispatched.... this gives the message to the customer that its not been dispatched even tho it has.... cue complaints and negative feedback.... might as well just stick a stamp on them..... whats the point of printing them off??
