listing as not working

Hi. I'm trying to list something as, "for parts or not working", but the listing tool keeps skipping by the option and going straight to the header and description arae.   Can someone please tell me how to get into the area that allows me to choose the condition before that.  Thanks.

You have to select USED under condition, then on next page at the bottom is the PARTS option.

It would pay to stress in the heading and description as buyers seldom read that item does not work.
