hi not happy as no refund for item i did not recive  that day i had one delivery the printer cartrages not the a 4 paper will not be useing u again thanks u have showen no proff that paper was deliverd could have been other item

If you bought the two items together you have to open a "not as described" return and not a "not received" case because the tracking will show delivery.  

So click on "Return this item" on right of your order on your Purchases page and select "Doesn't match description" as the reason.   If necessary escalate it to ebay after 3 working days.

You will be issued with a paid-for return postage label.   The seller will also have the option to issue a partial refund without return or send the missing item but don't close the case before they do.   And if they delay be sure to escalate your case within 30 days.

When you have a problem then you open a dispute.

Buyers are covered by the ebay money back guarantee but you must make sure you open the correct dispute

It is not clear what you had purchased.

If you  bought two items together the paper and cartridges and only received one item then you open a Not as descrlibed dispute.

The seller sends a pre paid label for the return of the part you did receive and once they have it back then they refund in full. If they dont then you escalate to ebay after 4 full days

If you ordered two items seperately and only received one then you open a Not received dispute for the one item you did not recieve.

If the seller can not prove by a tracked method or postage that you received your item then you escalate it after 4 full days and get your money back.
