giving a customer my address so they can collect an item they have bought

hi,  its the first time i have sold on collection as its a big item.  i have tried to give them my address but EBay wont let me.  any ideas of how i might be able to do this?  which area? 

any help would be greatfully recieved as communication with a human does not seem to happen with ebay

Buyers and sellers are not allowed to provide contact details while a listing is still running, to prervent them from msking a private sale and evading payment of eBay's fees.

Once a listing has ended with the item being sold you should be able to provide contact details for collection.

It sold this morning so you should be able exchange contact details.  What happens when you try?
