eby taken money from my account

money has been taken by eBay from my account. I have contacted my bank who say it looks like some saving option I might have inadvertently ticked, but I can't find anything on ebay that supports this

More details would be useful, it is very easy to sign up for services you do not want, so the first thing you should do is ask your bank to stop and future payments, then tyry to get some details out of ebay of what it is for.

On some listings there is an advert for a cashback scheme, but that also tells you in the small print that there is a monthly subscription, perhaps you clicked on that?

It's not actually anything to do with ebay so you won't find anything about it in your ebay account.
