buying a kids bike from a no feedback seller

Seen a kids bike at a slightly cheaper rate at auction ,seller has no feedback but a member since 2010.

I have sent asking if I can view th bike before auction finishes in a few hours .If they respond ,I feel safer seeing the bike just before auction ends so i could pay and tske the bike away immediately if bid wins

eBay may block them from sending you their address before the end of the auction.   You can ask and see what happens.   If/when you collect examine it thoroughly before paying.

There is no facility on eBay for buyers to view items [except cars on classified ads]

You cannot swap contact details prior to sale.
