Wrong statement of facts

So I bought a car part that the seller advertised as being for my car but it doesn't fit... I started the return but it was asking me to pay the postage back.. Well I don't belive I should pay for something that was wrongly advertised.

What reason for the return did you choose?

'does not fit' is a change of mind return and you pay the postage.

'not as descrined' reason and the seller has to pay the return postage.
