Won an auction and seller needs my mobile number

He needs it for the courier. How do I give it to him as ebay prevents the message from being sent?

You should be able to send it after payment.   If not try writing the numbers as words.

Adding to the good advice given,  if it still presents a problem ask the seller to go to the  Order >>  Awaiting postage >>order details .  To the right under Order to click on Show Contact info your phone details should be there.
